His pizza is inspired by one of his favorite spots to visit when home, mindysbakery . Chicago's Pastry Queen mindysegal told me that he loves her iconic toad in a hole breakfast sandwich so I've transformed into a pizza. It starts with sliced deli American cheese and gets topped with thinly sliced pistachio mortadella, mozzarella, parmesan, and a freshly cracked parm egg in the center. Once baked, it's finished with even more parm. It's 10/10, no notes.
