Celebrate Soulfully with Chef Sylio Alexandre 🧡 Born in Aquin, Haiti, Sylio learned to cook at a young age, right beside his mother, mastering the traditional dishes of his homeland. When he moved to the United States in 2008, he brought that same passion with him, starting as a dishwasher at Rainforest Café in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. His dedication and hard work quickly stood out, earning him a promotion to purchasing assistant and the opportunity to learn directly from the executive chef. In 2017, Sylio joined The Polite Pig, where he continues to showcase his talent in the kitchen—making sure every dish served to our guests is just right, and always taking care of the team with incredible family meals.
