A natural shooter with God given athleticism where he could go one bounce and be at the the top of the square with ease. Those first clips he was in 8th grade. That may somewhat be the norm now, but late 2000s 6’1” 8th graders were not jumping like that with that type of bounce and body control. He was the region player of the year as a sophomore and All State as a junior. Went on to La Lumiere his senior year and put in work. After a prep year made his way to Tennessee. The name Detrick Mostella still rings out, and when you bring it up in basketball circles someone will always have story about seeing boom somebody. 🫡 to Teek
