DRUG CHARGES: A Middle Island man was arrested early Saturday after state police found more than 150 pounds of marijuana in his minivan on Sunrise Highway in Southampton. Troopers responded around 1:45 a.m. to a gray Honda in the center median and discovered 30-year-old Ryan Dignam had lost control of the vehicle. After spotting marijuana in the front seat, they searched the van. They uncovered a large quantity of cannabis and concentrated cannabis, about seven grams of psilocybin mushrooms, digital scales, packing materials and nearly $12,000 in cash.
