CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Officer Joseph Wetzel, an off-duty NYPD cop battling stage three colorectal cancer, rushed to rescue a driver from a burning vehicle after a serious crash in Hauppauge early February. Newly released video shows the collision at Routes 111 and 347, where the car flipped, burst into flames and Wetzel smashed a window to pull the trapped driver out.
