Music entrepreneur Romeich @romeichentertainment Major stressed that artistes must be fully looped into every deal. “Show them the contracts. Copy them on all emails. Once they know everything, there’s no issue, no trust problem.” For Jahvel @jahvyambassador Morrison, the job comes with sacrifice and sleepless nights. “Prepare to lose sleep,” he said, noting that conflicts often arise when managers and artistes withhold information from each other. “If we’ve got $5, we’ve got $5. If we lost, we lost.
