First, a little context: the metal tip actually screws off so you can separate the components for proper recycling. That part is intentional! But the applicator itself isn’t an add-on piece that we assemble later. It comes to us as one complete unit with the tube open. Our formula is injected directly into it and then the top is crimped shut. The entire sealing and assembly process is designed this way to protect product integrity, stability, and performance. To create a refill system, we’d essentially have to redesign the product from the ground up.
