Beef & bone marrow stuffing. Golden Yorkshire pudding. Roast potatoes, roasted cabbage, honey-roasted carrots and parsnips, slow-roasted garlic. Bone marrow gravy poured over everything. Cauliflower cheese as a side because why not? And sticky toffee pudding to finish. It’s rich. It’s indulgent. It’s meant to be savored.
