Mutton Rosh Recipe:
Ingredients
• Mutton: 1kg (with bone)
• Salt: To taste
• Ginger-Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
• Black Pepper: 1 tbsp Crushed Coriander and cumin seeds 1 tsp each
• Tomatoes: 2-3 (halved)
• Onions: 2 (quartered)
• Green Chilies: 3-4
• Ginger: Thinly sliced
• Ghee/Butter: 2 tbsp and 1/2 fresh lime 🍋🟩
• Water: 1-2 cups (depending on the desired tenderness)
Instructions
1. Add the mutton to a large pot or pan.
2. Add salt, cumin & coriander, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, tomatoes, onions, and green chilies.
3. Top it with lime juice, butter/ghee and water.
4. Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender and the flavors are fully infused.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger. Serve hot with roti or rice!
