leighannedorough and I celebrated the inaugural sailing of Celebrity Ascent, the newest ship in celebritycruises‘ revolutionary Edge series. #celebrityascent features spaces designed by nateberkus. Everything down to the smallest detail was impeccably designed - we were blown away! Captain Sandy from belowdeckbravo along with her sister are the godmothers of the ship which we thought was super cool. It’s a maritime tradition to name a godmother for a cruise ship and it is believed that having a godmother will bring luck and protection. From the moment we stepped onto #celebrityascent it felt like a dream. The food was outstanding - we had 32 restaurants, bars, and lounges to choose from. celebritycruises made sure #HowieEatz well 😂🤤. The entertainment was incredible, we never wanted to the cruise to end! On top of everything, we got to meet the wonderful mamakelce, who was a gem 🤩 Celebrity Ascent will be sailing in the Caribbean until April 2024, so it’s the perfect time to boo...
