On a fall break Service & Justice trip to Wheeling, West Virginia, Kristin Chun and her group helped serve meals and build connections at the East Wheeling Soup Kitchen, support an urban agriculture farm, and remove an invasive species with help from the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy. “It was a strong reminder that no matter what situation someone is going through, a conversation and being present goes a long way,” Kristin says. 💙 A political science and international relations major from Waikele, Hawaii, Kristin hopes to carry what she has learned in Omaha and beyond back home, contributing to innovative, community-based solutions. #CreightonUniversity #ServiceAndJustice #CreightonSCSJ
