You Can’t Expect Results Without Preparation ⬇️ Throwing a runner out is a byproduct of mechanics. Pop time isn’t about trying harder in the game. It’s about how consistent your movement pattern is under speed. Focus Areas: • Directional right-left foot replacement • Gaining ground instead of drifting • Quiet glove to clean transfer • Keeping the ball inside the frame of the body • Separating on time • Finishing through a consistent release window If your lower half is inefficient, your arm compensates. If your transfer is inconsistent, your accuracy is inconsistent. If you only rep it slow, it won’t hold up at a game tempo. The out is just execution of what’s already trained. Everything I do in training and in my program is built around repeatability, especially under fatigue. If you want help building a structured throwing routine that actually translates to games, DM me “ROUTINE”⚡️ #softball #catcher #softballlife #softballcatcher
