The Moon and Jupiter tonight: ⚠️Composite image⚠️ This is the actual size of Jupiter to the Moon as seen from Earth, however, it is not the actual distance. I moved Jupiter closer to the Moon here for esthetic purposes. 3rd image in this post shows the actual conjunction. I used my traditional compact Canon 100-400 lens with a 2x extender on a small tracker to make this image. No telescope of fancy equipment were needed.
