The Moon tonight (May 15th 2024) First quarter Moons are my favorite. Every time it feels like a new beginning of something beautiful. I also love the details caused by the shadows of the lunar surface. This will always be my favorite phase. Which phase do you prefer? I used my canon 90D and my 5” meade instruments refractor to get this capture. I kept the workflow simple so I can process this image in the shortest amount of time possible.
