DO NOT expect to see Cillian Murphy as He Who Shall Not Be Named in the new HBO Harry Potter series. ❌ Speaking to The Times, the 'Peaky Blinders' star said rumours he's portraying the villain in the reboot are untrue and he's "categorically not." While the series has already started filming and much of the casting has already been announced, rumours continue to fly regarding who will play Lord Voldemort, bolstered by Ralph Fiennes himself who played the role in the films. When asked about who he thought should play the role in the series back in January, Fiennes originally declined to comment, saying he heard it had already been cast. Then, when pressed to pick someone he thought would do a good job with the character, he said, "I’ve already said, I think Cillian Murphy is very good."
