BATTLED UNTIL THE END. Tonight’s matchup against the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks came right down to the wire. The Queen’s Women’s Hockey team battled until the final buzzer but ultimately fell 2–1, bringing their playoff run to a close. Alex Recsky had the lone goal tonight, with an assist from Taya Leonard. While tonight marks the end of the season, it’s been an incredible year for this group - highlighted by a first place finish in the East Division of Ontario University Athletics. A season full of heart, grit, and accomplishments. Gaels fans have so much to be proud of.
