Both divisions fought hard at the District Four Fencing Tournament! The Gray Bee Boys fencing team finished 5th out of 10 teams, while the Girls finished 9th out of nine. Captain and Senior Nick Machado clinched 2nd place overall in the Epee, qualifying for the state tournament on March 2 with a commendable 7-2 record on A Strip. 🎉 This event marks St. Benedict's return to the tournament for the first time since 1991! 📸 Photo Credit #2: @nj.com (Rachel Torres, Sophomore, Epee Fencer) #TheHive #GrayBeeSports #Newark #NewJersey #Fencing #GrayBees
