Our DiSE year one artistic swimmers came together last month for an inspiring two-day camp at Hengrove Park Leisure Centre in Bristol 🏊‍♀️⁠ ⁠ Across the camp, athletes took part in sessions on nutrition, recovery, injury prevention, strength and conditioning - and, of course, plenty of work in the pool.
