The exhibit highlights the vision of Mary Heinlein and her passion for showcasing the diverse fruits and vegetables that thrive in South Florida’s climate. Through her dedication and with the support of Preston B. Bird, the land became a living vessel of agricultural innovation, community preservation, and an expansive presentation of tropical flavors.
