As a part of Women's History Month we want to celebrate some of the women in Headache Medicine that have made a significant impact in the lives of those who love with migraine and other headache disorders. Join us in acknowledging and congratulating migraine patient advocacy pioneer, Mary Franklin 💜 Mary began her journey in headache medicine in 1970 at Diamond-Baltes Medical Associates. By 1974, when the practice became the Diamond Headache Clinic, she was leading the biofeedback department after helping introduce innovative approaches following a visit to the Menninger Clinic with Dr. Seymour Diamond. Over four decades, Mary served in many leadership roles at the clinic, retiring in 2011 as Vice President of Administration and Publishing, where she supported research initiatives and served as Managing Editor of Headache Update.
