This summer, we all boarded the Pines Ferry to celebrate #JoelKimBooster's highly anticipated romcom, #FireIsland, which starred a number of our faves (#BowenYang, #MattRogers, #ConradRicamora, #TorianMiller, #TomásMatos, and #MargaretCho, to name a few). From the looks of it, we weren't the only ones who loved it. The cast was honored for the film at the 2022 #GothamAwards on Monday (November 28). #JoelKimBooster, who penned and starred in the project, accepted the award on behalf of his casemates saying how "deeply grateful" he was to be "standing here accepting this award for a movie about our joy, the joy that can come from surrounding yourself with a group of people who understand you on a cellular level.” Congrats Joel and everyone!
