#Politico leaked late last night (May 2) a reported first draft opinion by Justice #SamuelAlito, poised to overturn #RoeVWade, the landmark case which protects the right to an abortion. The draft opinion asserts, “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.” Many were quick to notice that #abortion rights were not the only issue in #SCOTUS' crosshairs, as the decision could have implications for other rights based in privacy, such as those to marriage equality and private sexual activity. The outcomes of Obergefell v. Hodges and Lawrence v.
