Pizza dough is rolled out, folded over and baked. When done, you open it up and stuff it with your favorite pizza or sandwich ingredients. And once you get the technique down, the sky is the limit on your pizza sandwich creativity! Today’s Panouzzo is filled with arugula, fried mortadella, burrata, crushed pistachios and chili oil. . . Preheat oven to 500F. Roll a ball of dough (not cold, let it come to room temp) out thin and even. Brush one half with olive oil and fold it over. Brush the top with olive oil and bake it until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes before opening up.
