We have filed a lawsuit against our former cookie baker, Ferrero U.S.A., and its subsidiary, Little Brownie Bakers (LBB), seeking to recover funds lost when they abruptly terminated their contract with Girl Scouts San Diego in 2024. This lawsuit sends a message to both girls and our community about what it looks like to take action to promote and preserve the values and ideals of good, ethical business practices; one of the five skills that Girl Scouts learn through participating in the cookie program.
