**UPDATE, August 18, 2026: Girl Scouts San Diego has amended the lawsuit against our former cookie baker, Ferrero U.S.A. and subsidiary, Little Brownie Bakers. As previously announced in March of this year, we filed the lawsuit seeking to recover funds lost when Ferrero unilaterally terminated its contract in 2024, in violation of the stated terms and conditions. The amended complaint adds a claim for fraudulent concealment, alleging that Ferrero deliberately withheld critical information before abruptly terminating its contract.
