A commemoration of the Associated Students of the University of Missouri’s 50th anniversary occurred Friday in Memorial Student Union. Current and past members of ASUM congregated in the Stotler Lounge for the ceremony, which included dinner followed by speakers attesting to ASUM’s presence in their lives. “It's really important because the amount of work that ASUM has done for students over the past 50 years,” said Jackson Jacobson, ASUM undergraduate representative and programming committee chair.
