GREEN THUMB👍🪴 Some of our Center for Women residents are testing out their green thumbs. They’re beautifying the facility with plants, including succulents, which are easy to grow and maintain. The ladies are also getting ready to fill our outdoor garden beds with seedlings. Katherine, our resident “plant doctor”, is spearheading the efforts. She shares, “I am very invested in starting this garden to help the other residents realize how easy and satisfying it can be to work in the dirt. Planting, caring and harvesting can be very therapeutic with the added benefit of eating our harvest!” kinship_plot will also be assisting with our garden this year, providing some much needed supplies.
