The Huntsville City school board voted to install and activate more cameras in resource classrooms, which include rooms where at least half of the students need special education services. The footage is intended solely for use if an incident is reported to school leaders. Access to the footage will be limited to select staff, the student’s parents, investigators or law enforcement and legal counsel.
