Some of my favorite frames from the past couple years working with Gelatin Labs. I started sending my film to Gelatin a couple of years ago and at this point I genuinely cannot imagine using another lab. The level of care, consistency, and real passion they bring to the craft of film photography is something you can feel every time a set of scans comes back. One of the biggest things that changed my process is being able to customize scans depending on the film stock. I typically go with Standard Scans for Portra 400 and edit colors from there, but Flat Earth Scans for Cinestill 800T so I can really pull the color and light exactly where I want it. Having that flexibility to customize scans has really helped me dial in a workflow that feels completely my own.
