It’s so easy to focus on what still needs work, what hasn’t happened yet, or all the things I’m still trying to figure out. But every now and then, I have to pause and remind myself that I’ve already made it through things I once only prayed about. Some of the life I’m living right now used to be nothing more than a dream in my heart. And even though I’m still growing, still healing, and still building, I can’t overlook how far I’ve already come. Maybe everything isn’t perfect yet, but that doesn’t mean progress hasn’t happened.
