Lions Track and Field recorded several strong performances at the Savannah Country Day meet. Luke Nelson placed 11th in the 100m with a personal record of 11.87 and 8th in the 200m with another PR of 24.27. Nick Brown finished 6th in the 1600m (5:11) Ryder Small placed 6th in the 3200m (12:06). Lane Mandel finished 8th in the 1600m (6:02) and 3rd in the 3200m (13:08). Josiah Bowers placed 6th in the triple jump (36’). Grace Donaldson finished 9th in discus (55’-1.5”). Annabeth Polite placed 8th in shot put (23’-7”). “Our team represented very well with integrity against much larger schools.
