Y’all, today begins my favorite time of the year. I call it: falling into Halloween 🎃, giving thanks for Christmas 🎄and the new year 🎆. Yep, October 1st to January 1st is the absolute best time!!! Cozy sweater weather zen, meets warm stews and soups with a hopeful side of corn bread and an occasional storm. Oh, AND every day it’s a marathon of horror films until November 1st. I’m about to get started. My all time faves in no particular order (all classic versions not remakes): The Omen, The Exorcist, Amityville Horror, Candy Man, The Nun, Poltergeist, Halloween (ALL of them) Rosemary’s Baby, The Shining, The Fall of the House of Usher, Paranormal Activity (all of them), The Ring, Sinister, Mothman Prophecies, The Conjuring, Get Out, Children of the Damned, Children of The Corn, The Serpent In The Rainbow.
