chili oil garlic butter pasta with colossal shrimp | this pasta is a FLAVOR BOMB! Everyone that tried it loved it, especially my Husband who was excited that I made a pasta without dairy. The juicy shrimp, kick from the chili oil & all that garlic butter🤤 so delicious!
•boil pasta of choice al dente (1/2 package), drain & reserve 3tbsp pasta water
•sauté 10 colossal shrimp with 1tsp garlic & 1tsp butter in a skillet on med heat
•remove shrimp & set to side in a bowl
•in same skillet on low, add 2tbsp butter, 2tbsp garlic, 1tbsp parsley & 2tbsp momofukugoods chili crunch oil
•stir in 3tbsp pasta water & simmer for 1 minute
•mix in pasta & shrimp
•drizzle a little more chili oil on top
