For a long time they lived on my shelves purely for the aesthetic, but as I began discovering myself as an artist, I taught myself how to use each format. Film isn’t simply pointing and shooting to me - it’s a thoughtful, meticulous art form that produces an image that is completely its own. It invites me to slow down and focus on the singular frame in front of me, rather than rushing through moments and losing the purpose behind them.
