In lower-income countries, only 3 women surgeons exist for every million people. Since 2017, SkinCeuticals has partnered with resurgeinternational on the Pioneering Women in Reconstructive Surgery (PWRS) initiative to help support first-generation women surgeons in underserved parts of the world through surgical training, leadership development and mentorship networking.
