March 8th is when Daylight Saving Time begins! We hope you remembered to set your clocks forward one hour. Also, the Fire Department recommends that you change the batteries and test your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. In this video, Jared letterpress printed a large halftone of a clock to help you remember set those clocks correctly. This cut was gifted to the Sacramento History Museum from Roger in Southern California about a year ago. The text below reads “Spring Forward Fall Back” and was typeset in 60 point Caslon font.
