#SaturdayStoryTime - Bayfront Nightmares In honor of wodapalooza coming up we’ll re-live one of my nightmares on Miami Bayfront. 3 of my most nonfunctional post workout moments have come during evening events at WZA. I’ve sold my souls many times on that floor, and for some reason come back for more every time. Today’s subject is the notorious Echo on Fran from 2022. This was day one of the competition. Very rude. I won the opening event but this was the kind of workout that just floats like a dark cloud over your head until it’s done. You know how it’s gonna feel, and it’s hard to stop thinking about it. So you just have nightmares and live the trauma over and over until it’s finally done. I prepped pretty well for it and knew what I had to do. To be honest I executed it pretty perfectly for myself and took a top 5 against some RIGS out there, but this is where it got fun.
