In this video, we share a critical update on the controversial KETO-CTA study, which followed 100 participants with high-resolution coronary CT angiograms taken one year apart. While our original published analysis from Cleerly reported near-universal plaque progression, newly available data—including a fully blinded independent analysis from Heartflow and additional QAngio results—tell a more nuanced story. These independent platforms produced findings consistent with each other, yet substantially different from the original Cleerly study results.   We also review a major new development: individual scan submissions from study participants that were analyzed separately through Cleerly in a blinded fashion. Among the eight participants with both baseline and follow-up submissions, results differed markedly from the original study dataset, with half of cases reversing direction from progression to regression.
