We'll set our clocks one hour ahead tonight and "spring forward" for Daylight Saving Time. In #Philadelphia on Sunday, sunrise will be at 7:23 a.m. and sunset will be at 7:01 p.m. Saturday night we will have some storm chances as it warms to nearly 60 degrees overnight.
