STEM students at UCF are increasingly seeking outside help for physics, chemistry, and calculus. The introductory courses in these subjects, often referred to as “weed-out” classes, are sometimes challenging for students – many of whom load up their schedules, unaware of the workload they entail. UCF tutoring company CramBetter says it has seen an uptick in users as students look for additional help.
