Vibration plates are the hot trend right and I’m so obsessed with this LifePro Rumblex Plus 4D! When the craze started I did so much research and found there’s a huge difference between brands and models. This one has 3 motors and rotates between oscillating, pulsation/vibration, and lateral/see-saw which really sets it apart. This rotation wakes your muscles up and keeps them engaged, bringing your workout to the next level. Plus it’s larger size makes sitting on it easy and the screen locks (IYKYK)! After using the @lifeprousa vibration plate for a few weeks, I feel a difference in my body and know it’s working (yay for the calorie count on the screen!).
