From our early days, building a women’s team at L39ION wasn’t optional - it was essential. If we were serious about changing cycling, we had to show up for women in the sport. For years, the L39ION women have been winning races, representing their communities, and pushing the culture of cycling forward. They’ve shown that talent, leadership, and impact in this sport has never been limited by gender - only by opportunity. We are so proud of who these ladies are, both on and off the bike.
