This homemade Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing screams Spring and as we approach the warmer weather months, it’s a perfect way to help usher in all the gorgeous seasonal salads we’re soon going to be enjoying! Thanks to the Greek yogurt, it’s thick and creamy and a gorgeous color thanks to all the fresh raspberries. It doesn’t require many ingredients and takes only minutes to assemble. Sweet and tangy in flavor, you can store it in a ball jar in the fridge for up to one week.
And as always, topping my favorite littleleaffarms greens with this dressing is always the smart move 🥬
