Do you feel hungry all of the time? Bloated on a regular basis? Come home at night & crave or binge whatever is in the cabinets? Do you go to the bathroom regularly at least once a day? Do you eat natural & fresh sources of food or is everything processed? How often are you drinking water? How often are you drinking alcohol? How often do you move your body? When’s the last time you sat yourself down and expressed gratitude for everything your body is capable of? You want your body to change but you treat it like trash.
