This weekend, Anthony led a small group seminar at the same gym where we first met almost nine years ago! I helped out with some of the coaching. But I was primarily there to participate and be immersed in the community. It’s incredible to look back and see how much our lives have changed over these years, through both the challenges and the unforgettable moments. We’re both so grateful for this life and all it’s given us. We are hoping to be able to give something back to the community that has given us so much. This is just a small step in that direction.
