Martin County Sheriff's deputies in Florida rescued a 30-year-old quadriplegic man who fell off his family's boat while still strapped to his electric wheelchair. He fell when the ramp connecting a dock to his boat suddenly collapsed. His father and bystanders kept him and his 230-pound wheelchair from sinking until first responders arrived.
