If you’ve been around our SIF community for a while, you’ve heard me talk about our core mission: Elevating women’s stories and giving YOU the tools, resources, and community you need to succeed. I have been talking about the power of storytelling - and specifically, women being given a platform to share their life experiences and lift others, for what feels like forever! I founded SIF in 2015 - before the #MeToo movement took off, before#BossBabes became a thing, and before we had a corporate leadership shift into seeking greater female representation. I am a little embarrassed to say that just a few years ago, I questioned whether SIF was still needed in its current form.
