yesterday’s plyo, sprints & football. 🤟🏾 If you don’t already….sprint. Bike sprints, manual treadmill sprints, outdoor sprints, hill and flat. Literally doesn’t matter what your goal is or what sport you play, sprints will make you better…AND they burn hella body-fat. Train your power & speed, & get in some kind of conditioning work. 👌🏾
