TARC and Louisville Free Public Library are looking forward to sharing the winners of the 23rd Annual Design-a-Bus contest in this Sunday's Kentucky Derby Festival Zoeller Pump Company Pegasus Parade! The 12 winners will have their artwork displayed on a TARC bus that will operate throughout Greater Louisville for the next year after its debut in Sunday's parade.
