It’s written by LinkedIn’s CEO and Chief Economic Officer. It’s called “Open To Work”, and there are 3 key concepts that stood out: 1. AI is not coming after your job. It’s coming after your *tasks*. 2. You need to focus on the things that make us uniquely human. Researchers found that they are the 5Cs: Curiosity, Courage, Creativity, Compassion, and Communication. 3. Careers are not ladders anymore. They’re climbing walls. They’re nonlinear.
