March 8th, 2018 - I launched an initiative titled TheYouthWillBeAllWrite as a combative organization that was created to bring awareness to the institutionalized and incarcerated black youth in juvenile detention centers. Tackling issues such as cash bail, racial profiling, systematic racism, and wrongful accusation, I wanted to use my platform to shine light on an issue I held near and dear to my heart. On this day, I took the initiative to donate 50 composition notebooks to Bob Richards Regional Youth Detention Center to provide the youth with an opportunity to express themselves; especially realizing that this demographic of children are seldom listened to and acknowledged. ••• December 25th, 2018 - Today I reached my next goal of gathering 70 composition notebooks to donate to Marietta Regional Youth Detention Center.
